Careful analyses shows that after the latest conversion notice on 5/5 JBWG sold more than 677,966 shs and I think they are still selling. Actually they might have sold another 500,000 shs leaving them with only 2,000,000 shs.
Anyway conversion notice of 2,508,474 is the next thing.
This should be followed by a large crossing in the market.
Otherwise the balance will not be sold before Nasdaq listing. Both outcomes will create a SP boost."
This from Klass dated 2/06/2008. I reckon Klaas knows a lot more and is not telling us.
