My Guess if you look at the last 2 announcements, part and final conversion of bonds into shares equals 2.5 mill shares issued to DKR bringing the total up to 48 mill shares on offer. I think and it would not be a bad guess that CS has picked them up in a deal nutured by management and DKR. If this is actually the case then, your expectation amex is probably bang on the money and has given me a warm fuzzy feeling again similar to the one the partner gave me last week when she announced that she did not completely max out my credit card.
