Very good question. Dony be surprised if in 6 months (the timeframe specified to convert this termsheet to an off-take) you are asking yourself the same thing over again. These guys often announce MOUs which then disappear... Wogen to DKSH / Gunvor to Vimson / and similar thing with the EPC agreements. More fluff until action demonstrates otherwise.
