Am I the only one who can understand why!?
If they had the SP would probably be half what it is now, especially as the Ti offtake, before V's stella rise, was crucial to finance. How responsible would that have been? In the mean time, it's been said by PB, that "while it's been with the lawyers" it's been used as a negotiating tool with other offtakers.
All this negotiating would have to be very commercially sensitive, so I'm not surprised we don't hear about it.
Sorry Ando but not even the Browns. And if the Browns are to be told things that aren't available to the general market then why not our Chinese shareholder Aosu Investments?
I still believe management are working to get the best deal for all shareholders which first and foremost must mean the best deal for the company. Because of market sensitivity issues etc I believe we're only ever seeing parts of the bigger picture and that's where I put the $10mil investment from the Indians. On it's own it doesn't look good but if it makes us solvent to the point where a debt provider would be prepared to pour more into the company then as a whole it may work out being the cheap option??
As far as any off takers go they'll be wanting to get the best deal for themselves, so I imagine these negotiations are thwart and long winded.
If that means we have to be kept in the dark about some things while all this is going on then so be it.
Just a shame our mine is based in the NT, but we can't change that
