I took the statement to be that ARV will be the only guys who will be able to capitalise on the conglomerate in the short term future. We have the POW for the sample, the Radio Hill plant for crushing and seperating all within 30km's. All the other guys have is dirt in the ground which contains the gold, however a lot of capital required and lots of time to get the equivalent permits and infrastructure like ARV has at radio hill.
