Until cash flow or confirmed resource potential permits, as long as any part-time leader or adviser has adequate capable & reliable senior management to efficiently carry out instructions in a timely manner, the part-time arrangement is often the way to go in terms of cost savings and effectiveness. Any committed, dynamic leader is only a phone call away if some urgent matter pops up and with lots of 'waiting' for assay results, plants being recommissioned, etc, there is little point in paying huge $$$ for a full 30 day month anyway. On the other hand, if the leader was happy with a full time deal involving S/T options and goal setting, then that might be the way to go for ARV imo.
