If Lilac's process works and is economically viable, and drilling confirms a brine resource, it would make sense not to bother reinventing the wheel and simply use Lilac - providing any exclusivity constraints can be worked out.
Otherwise, I've always thought EnergyX would be worth talking to:
1. They already have a containerised DLE pilot plant deployed to Bolivia
2. Their process is membrane based and allows for continuous flow extraction
3. It has low fresh water and power requirements, which will be critical for operating at Kachi
4. They're ESG focused, which will be important to the local government and people of Catamarca
5. It looks like they'll work with anyone
6. They'll have connections in Bolivia based on their involvement with the DLE selection process there
7. Global Emerging Markets Group have just announced they're investing $450 million in EnergyX
