Of all the ground and alliances LIT have only inferred resource from 20 year old open data file.
The drilling in Mexico with real time results using some new technology has amounted to nothing and they have declared they are going to monetise this - good luck maybe another spin off coming like the Vanadium conceptual.
5 years since they gave up the Chilean Copper ventures to enter Lithium with SM and FML and nothing no indicated or measured resource and they say "they are working towards" an ore reserve. Ha long way to go. The FML ground is being sold and the LIT JV runs out in September of this year 5 years and not one bit of drilling and NO PFS as suggested.
So with all the Sileach, VSPC and DLG alliance I see no clearly defined measured Lithium or Ore reserve so NO FEEDSTOCK.
If you don't have an Ore Reserve for say 15+ years no finance and no way you can produce something for sale and generate revenue.
With LIT there is absolutely no line of sight to when they will produce revenues and be cash flow positive - even management will not mention it
The main question and why I exited LIT is the amount of Capital Raising it has to do to complete a mine PFS and a bankable DFS to get to the starting post of being profitable or at least prove to financiers they have a project worth backing.
