When you step back and look at DLI from the weekly time frame the chart is just shouting out at you that this thing is almost ready to go for a 4th attempt at $1.00. Usually when a stock keeps knocking on a key level it is the 4th attempt that usually succeeds and smashes through..
If you also look at the personality of DLI it tends to consolidate for 4 weeks then it advances higher, we are currently in the 4th week..
