1. There are at least 14 sites flagged. They are waiting to put them in all at once so they don't get scrutinised as much. There are 16 rigs that have been ordered for June arrival.

2. I was told that in the last 14 days, Cheapskate has bought out most other companies in the area. Devon also told our land man they would take any leases they could find. When the 3D is done on the rest of Goshen County, look out.

3.Cheapskate has our state section flagged. Landowners say this is done a couple of months before they start work.I know for sure there will be surface use agreements to iron out and they have to go through a lawyer etc. I know we won't let surface agreements happen overnight. Everything will have to go through a lawyer before anything gets done.
