A big ask to get 90% acceptance when BPT is only starting out with <11% and only offering a 20% premium on yesterday's closing price(generally speaking)...
... this seems like a hostile takeover and DLS board, I'm sure, will say that it "undervalues DLS" and for their shareholders to reject it..
... are there any other potential vultures looking to up the price for DLS and make things interesting ???
