I very much doubt it, but anything is possible. DLS has been a bit of a basket case all along, even before they changed their name to DLS. Since the Managing Director left, they have been like a ship without a rudder. And, the bit of drilling they did, never come up with much, or anything of substance.
I got out from DLS quite sometime ago and cut my losses. I am glad I did, considering at what the current sp is now. I have put them out of my mind, and I haven't been following them ever since. From memory BPT had invested a fair bit of money with them at the time too.
