there will be clarifying docs out about 3d > dls and what dls recommend re bpts takeover
news is only a day old.. more clarity after the weekend imo
the dls big hitters are probably doing the ring around to try get it over 4c minimum
i do agree that this is more about consolidating leases / targets rather then blocking another takeover..
