Just to add my 2 cents worth ...
With DLS management dysfunctional (check out its website, it still has David Williams, the previous MD, under management even though he has been gone for a few months - are they sloppy or just incompetent?), perfect time to swoop down and pick up some more permits in the CB.
Jewel in the crown has to be PEL91 (on trend from PEL92), owned 60% by DLS.
While I think Reg and Bob have made some bad strategy decisions of late, neither of them are fools, so for the cost of an offshore exploration well happy for them to punt on this takeover (particularly given they do not have to stump up any cash).
Wait patiently for relevant statements from either party (would dearly love to see an Independent Expert's Report in the BPT statement - but will not be holding my breath)!
