Its interesting looking at a one year chart for both DLS and BPT as both their SP were tracking pretty closely with each other until recently.
BPT is now currently 94 cents and DLS still at 70 cents which suggests to me either BPT is too expensive or DLS is too cheap.
I'm gambling on holding DLS until both companies SP get closer again.
BPT has less risk as its more diverse and has less debt but I think the DLS upside is currently far greater than BPT.
