Are you suggesting that in either Canada or the Yukon it is acceptable to: 1) Resign effective immediately from a position and continue to act in it? or
2) Sign and agreement agreeing not to deal in a property until certain conditions are met and to deal contrary to that agreement?

Are you also suggesting it is normal practice in either of those jurisdictions to release commercial in confidence material to third parties against the interests of a JV partner, esp when that partner is a controlling shareholder?

I'd have thought not, but please enlighten me!
