You would most likely get richer going with DLS as they are very well run and have very good assets. They have always been a 'strong buy' with all the analysts and I know why.
However if you are only interested in a short term gain then that is a pity IMO, but as DLS have stated, you can not be sure how much cash you will end up with as MH has not mentioned a figure in their latest offer. Very cunning indeed.
