dls sp supported, page-35

re: more good news from dls (fund managers) Hi Bello or anyone else that would like to assist with how to valuate the sp.

The formula goes like this:

Current Profit x p/e = market cap divide by shares on issue = shareprice.

Is this right?

therefore if we calculate what DLS have forecasted earnings for FY 2006 we have:

16m x 24.9 = 398M divided by 404M = 98c p/share

The current sp 12.5, not a bad investment in 2-3mths time provide the earnings are met.

I want to be corrected if calculations are wrong. Any thoughts appreciated.
