dls tactical problem

If DLS increase their offer in order to counter SXY. DLS have to announce their offer to the market and SXY or a third party for that matter can come in over them again. SXY do not have to announce an offer until they reach the required threshold but we should see a stream of significant shareholder updates.
DLS is partly funding their effort with a facility from CBA will CBA be prepared to cough up more My guess is yes but it is a reasonable question. If CBA do not cough up more we could see a part script offer
