the current SP of DLS is not a takeover op for the major shareholders (me included!)

however if you could get the SP up to say 6 or 7 cents and then seek a premium to lift the SP to say 10 then you might have a deal

that would be $160million

thing is there are a number of shareholders who have held tight for a long time, yours trully included, and have subscribed to rights issues at 12 cents and most recently 4 cents

obviously we all know it is a different market now and you get whatever you can, but DLS is a net cash generator and has no debt, good reserves and at present no CEO to stall any talks - so logic tells you.......

anyway OMS, you know i have been in DLS for a long time, sold at 22 cents and made plenty from her, but to be holding quite a few million still I would like to see a good end to the story

we had been reemed in the past and some of us have done our level best to fix things up and hopefully we will see the unltimate fruits for these endeavours
