See in Beach ann. report they had No published news re Charo Field. Also they sold some DLS shares for a 1 mill profit at 9 cents plus last week but still retain 21%. I would not be surprised to see a offer this year from Beach for Impress but believe it would be script for a 8 cent deal. All crystal ball stuff but we will see. 247
