    The DMC Board report from its consultant was not unexpected and in a way is still good news for Cape Lambert.
    Even if DMC shareholders rejects the 40 cents bid,the DMC share price will inevitably rise on the basis of the report.
    In my viewpoint, this is a win win situation for Cape Lambert.
