Getting >90% shares with an offer of 40c would seem unlikely, However given CFE only needs to pick up 22% of the shares they don't already have to gain effective control (>50%), I'd say their in a with a real chance. Many DMM holders would realise that DMM may be delisted in the event of CFE realising a >50% but less <90% stake and may want to bail before being 'locked in' to an illiquid stock. Anyway, control for 40c would indeed be a coup, considering the asset. Here's hoping.
