about 5 years ago, I listed my x3 with Renoid at the time, they already had some 2,3 hundreds listing back then, they were heavily advertising in money magazine and property magazine etc.

the only strategic move CL8 made since then is went chasing corporate deals, that's probably make up half of the increment.

and I suspect it was not enough assets for CL8 to do RTO, therefore, they chuck in Marketboomer thing, which probably later on found they better off doing business with itself.

it is really a silly move from the management to diversify much needed money to something that will never make it, opportunistic the least to say.

now they back to 1.8c... the only choice Chris has is to give away 2c options again!!! and with heads much lower than 2c.
