Thanks Itsa - a lot's been attempted over a long time and for a newbie it's difficult to be aware of all the nuances. It's helpful to date sources so that we have a better understanding of their relevance.

I found this comment to be useful, and tends to confirm your position that to date Catabasis haven't much to demonstrate. As they note, the results will be published later this year.

From a link from Catabasis' newsletter of March 2020:

" 12-week Phase 2 MRI T2 primary endpoint for treated boys compared to boys in the placebo group was directionally positive although not statistically significant

‣ Following 72 weeks of edasalonexent, the rate of increase in the composite MRI T2 decreased as compared to the rate of increase during the offtreatment control period"

I'm glad my money is in ANP and not in Catabasis!
