It has the potential. Sure, nobody is denying DMI's potential.

Option 1:
Buy early, sit on it, make potentially a lot of money.

Option 2:
Make bags of profit, sell, rebuy half price, make substantially more money.

I'm in Option 2.
I get that most people here are in the other category, and that's fine.


But in my reality, and anyone else who plays in Option 2, there is no reality where a piece of quality tenement without any kind of drill results or even rock chips is worth $45m. Historically $20M-$24M is where these tenements sit, so that's where I plan to buy.

People here in DMI tend me berate me for using common sense and experience. I guess they don't like money as much as me.
