Highly unlikely that Transamine would be selling......they have an off-take agreement with DML that has at least a year to run & in all probability will look to renew next year.
Why would they sell?
The question that needs to be asked is, who is buying the shares that Blumont is selling?
PS For those that are not aware Blumont has many problems of its own, so no surprise that they are selling into a bit of SP strength.
