Doesnt this scenario reminds you of two companies ?

a.) Sundance Resource (SDL)
b.) Billabong (BBG)

One thing I will be wary about is overtly optimistic statement that is lacking is detail and legal certainty.

One thing that one need to ask oneself. Is the gain worth it if I lose all of my capital ?

Which one will CFC talk to ?
The banker or the shareholders ?
