    Just to balance things out I'll begin with some reasons to take profits after such a stellar run since yesterday.

    1/ This is just an MOU. The deal needs to go through due diligence by Castlepines and like Cupric before them they may not like what they see.

    If the deal doesn't go through what is DML worth then - 1.4c again?
