    Can someone explain something to me please, because CommSec can not.

    I had a bid in today (Mon 12 Aug) at 13.5 cents. Half of it was taken early in the morning.

    The other half stayed at the TOP of the 13.5 cent bid queue all day and was still there at the daily Closing Auction.

    In the Closing Auction, a couple of hundred thousand shares were traded at 13.5 cents, and I got NONE, even though my bid was at the top of the queue.

    It looks like some fund or algorithm or market manipulator came in and creamed off all the end of day 13.5 cent shares that were for sale, and NO RETAIL INVESTORS were permitted to have them, even though we were at the top of the queue.

    None of the trades had any special codes attached to them, so I am assuming it is therefore simply a theft of shares from people like us retail investors who are legally and patiently waiting in the line.

    If this is not criminal, then it should be.

    I called and mailed CommSec technical and trading support, and they could not find out how it was done, or by whom it was done. As if they would tell me anyway!!

    This market is the most corrupt machine I have ever come across in all my long years, the deck is just so stacked. It makes me angry.

    To quote a great line from a Bruce Cockburn song;
    "I wish I had a Rocket Launcher, then I'd make somebody pay".
