I was able to finally speak to Bob (he called me just a few minutes ago) and told me that they are working very hard to have DML re-instated. He said that they are actively in discussion about the financing of DML, and hoping to complete it within the next few weeks. He sounds very positive about the current production and hope that will be a leverage for the finance negotiations.
