Bdell just wanted to mention the number of shares on issue in DML is 437 million which would revise your target price down to $2.75 from $4.01. D&D subscribers were given a conservative valuation of 976 million market cap in the same timeframe which gave a share price of $4.24 based on the shares on issue at the time of 230 million however this would also be revised to $2.23 after the increase in shares issued.
Anyone have any thoughts on the recent fall in price
has there been a sell put out on this stock ????, are shareholders concerned about the director selling or is it D&D subscribers just locking in profits ????
