DML is looking close to another failed project in Africa which rode on the back of a resource boom but can't survive long term.
Projects which gain momentum in a boom quite often can't survive at moderate resource prices. Although if you look at LME copper stocks, they have fallen from 650k tons to 150k tons. This is quite confusing because copper prices should be higher. Maybe this is a signal of a larger global recession.
I have been told things are getting worst in Europe. God help us.
