my feeling is that its people closing out unsustainable (either T+3 or overstretched risk) positions due to late announcement.
about 75k shares dumped into the bid.
Right now, the ANN is late, so this is to be expected. But i continue to hold as i have made contact with the company a couple of times and have been reassured.
