If cfe accepted the new bid it would mean 2.4c per share worth of cash to cfe shareholders.....

Not bad return - just wonder if CFE really wants to buy this outright or just pushing the price up..

You would think CFE is in a win/win.. 5% return to shareholders if cfe gives in or if they go after this - a non aussie super resource tax asset that would now be very atractive to o'seas investors for prob less than 50 million....

Not sure what result i prefer...
