What a great recommendation. I have been banging on with similar sentiment for last few months.
I will go further, you don’t have to achieve such high store count to take earnings to high levels. Additional stores of 700 and same store sales increase of 4% per annum till 2029, could push EPS to $3.50 range easily. This combination doesn’t have to be the % I have mentioned, but total of 7% is sufficient. Of course global economy, politics, inflation , brand recognition etc have to be stable. It will give you a vey high share price for DMP over next 5 years. Warren Buffet’s biggest investment is around 6 or 8 of these consumer good companies , I am told.
Lets see how it pans out.
