I saw a clip on you tube on Domino Japan service delivery during Christmas holiday period. It seems they haven’t got it right this year too. Customers had to wait for hours and some never got their orders. This is not good and should have been fixed. Apparently shortage of staff , high demand and not forecasting and logistics are still an issue. Shortage of labour in Japan is big issue for entire country. Positive is the Brand is very popular and in demand, they need to get service requirements fixed urgently. Picture shows people hanging around outside a store for their orders. Hopefully 2025 will get better with a brand well recognised.
