ROIC are low too compared to pre 2019. They need to tighten capital allocation. I believe with a focus management team with bottom line can improve over next 2 to 3 years.
As I have said before brand is well known and doing extremely well in certain western countries. As someone mentioned Asia/ Malaysia are very competitive low margin business.

Did a little research into the pizza situation in South Korea. I was surprised by how much higher the price of pizza is there.

Pizza Hut South Korea is on the verge of bankruptcy and has a 50% off deal, which they say is unprecedented.

If the price of pizzas in Aus goes up to the South Korea prices that would be very interesting.
