Newregime you are spot on, how much time, chances and opportunities do these people want. It is too late for the KLC, enough is enough. The block should be granted now, end of story.

Yes I am sounding annoyed and frustrated; OBL has had so many hurdles thrown at it in the last year, a real David and Goliath story unfolding and this Derby Block grant I believe is the turning point for OBL and a very positive milestone at that, so little delays like this really keep hitting nerves.

Like Cudeco1 stated let’s hope common sense is applied here and the grant goes ahead for Wednesday.
