Hi Newregime,
Just finished reading the NT Future Act Determiantion on our application WF2012/0014. Helen Shurven the Member of the tribunal and Decision of 1 Feb 13.
Well in a nut shell the government wants exploration and production and we want it too, past activity supports it.
So what is the big problem?
Can't say it is a great read with all the case law reference and repeating of similar matters over and over, it all leads to on conclusion. That is it will happen (IMO).
