still has upside based on japan. issue is the very high p/e ratio for a fast food retailer/franchisor company.
japan store potential is far above what is stated. this is because australia has a store count of 700-800 now. population 25 mil. could be many thousands of stores for japan based on this simple math. pizza growth is exploding in japan. population is 126 million. looking at around 3000-4000 store count potential for japan(including the store count upgrades). that takes it to atleast $150.
