brokers can release Buy recommendations for the next year but if the sector is in a Bear cycle, DMP and some other shares will just grind lower and lower over the next couple of years. if the bear cycle persists for a long period like this we should find the target price gets lower over time. we won't get a clear picture until we see the financials
