Today’s sell off obviously related to DMP Investor Day in Tokyo on Monday. I see it as a binary outcome - should the insight into the Asian strategy flag growth and a clear strategy forward the SP should snap back, conversely if the message is the Asian expansion is proving to be a misstep the SP will continue the down trend.The format for the day apparently is a series of presentations by Don Meij, Josh Kilimnik (Asia-Pacific CEO), Martin Steenks (Taiwan CEO) and a Q&A session. I bought another tranche today around $66.50. According to my calculations (and correct me if I’m wrong) DMP is trading at historical low multiples around the low 30s.
