potential v reality

First of all, congratulations to all those who cleared profit form DYL's recent burst. It has been a classic run for the Pro's and Day Traders!!

DYL is best realised by the Potential .v. Reality model.

Potentially: it may/will become a major force in the Uranium sector. Its holdings are vast and IF allowed to mine, will realise millions of dollars in wealth.
Reality: It does not have the rights to mine and sell. It is best described as a long term spec. stock given the current political environment.

Check its fundamentals, look beyond the hype and DON"T FALL IN LOVE WITH THE STOCK.

Also, one must question Paladin's recent call to sell its holdings in SA to DYL. Paladin has been planning for some years and positioned themselves well as a result of their foresight and patience. If the SA holdings were that good, why off load to DYL?? Waited this long, why not a little longer? How long will it take for the Political wheel to turn and favour U mining?

Todays papers revealed the legal limitations of Federal government against States and their urge to push BHP to increase output from Olympic. Factor these elements into the equation and its not looking good SHORT TERM for the spec. stocks like DYL.

PLEASE, this is an opinion and I by no means seek to change perception of the way one trades. Welcome any thoughts.

I hold and trade PDN. Have traded DYL and SMM.

    Happy Trading
