Rather than being side tracked by the "pussy poet" let's focus on some real facts direct from Sth Africa.

Here are some  extracts from recent emails I have received from two  senior DMR officials. Details back up commentary from Mr X with whom I share all my info from time to time. For confidentiality reasons I will not disclose the name of the DMR executives on this open forum. I suggest that those who doubt my post content make their own enquiries.

    "
    1.    The registration of rights is the competency of the directorate Mineral and Petroleum Titles Registration Office(MPTRO) based in Pretoria. MPTRO has previously engaged Mr Maredi Mphahlele, Mr Shariff Pandor and Ms Staff Sithole amongst others, as representatives of your company in this regard. If you wish to obtain information directly you can contact Mr C.........( DMR).
    2.    The issue of community concerns was also communicated with the company representatives."

"I wish to confirm that the mining right transaction was indeed lodged with the Mineral and Petroleum Titles Registration Office, herein referred to as the “MPTRO”, for registration purposes. The transaction was examined and considered for registration in terms of the provisions of the Mining Titles Registration Amendment Act, 2003. However, certain rejection notes were identified and raised. In summary, the issues related to misalignment of information on the right as well as the supporting documents. The queries were then brought to the attention of the authorized person who lodged the transaction for registration, in line with the rules relating to lodgement of rights at the Office. Certain queries were rectified but others remain unresolved."

"There are certain compliance issues which were related to your company’s representatives here in South Africa but they are being addressed."

"I previously referred you to Mr C....... because you were asking about registration of the right. He is the Director responsible for registration. After the right is granted, it shall then be issued by me(in case of Limpopo) after which it should be lodged for registration(with Mr C..... office)."

"In short, there is no mining right application pending from Nkwe Platinum at the moment and the one that has been issued remains valid."

    Conclusion

    1. NKWE still has its Mining Right in play.

    2. As not all issues have been resolved the Mining Right cannot be registered as yet.

    3. The company is currently addressing all outstanding requirements/issues.

    4. Patience by shareholders is still required. Stay firm and ignore the bullsheet by down rampers.

I have no idea when the DMR will give the "all clear" and the ASX suspension  lifted.
