The ML will not materialise when the zjin heroically hand over a paltry payment to minions at the DMR (picture seagulls and hot chips).
Zjin will not recieve "guarantees" on water supply .......that are :a: binding.......and :b: independent of the DMR's terminal decision to block nkp from mining.
Zjin will not be offering Minorities anything becayse the process of expropriation via dilution is underway.
