Does that mean even NKP will be effected by this ruling?

The positive about the splitting of minerals is like in the Beng case where Beng has been granted Gold mineral rights on NKP grounds. Although we havent heard anything since Beng first announced it.

I still think the "deal" could involve milling/processing/offtake agreements. Anglo/Arm let us keep the rights unchallenged. We pay them to process it. They get metals we arent interested in and a dicount/first option to buy PGM.

I really hope things eventually work out. Greed will be the only reason this never goes ahead. Then everyone gets nothing which is stupid.
