Are you assuming the 90days has expired and X have walked? You did first mention the BFS being relesed more than 90days ago, so I guess this makes sense. Perhaps its why focus has shifted to the Anglo 'deal'.

I would think(and I have emails to support it) that their are several BFS floating about with customized parameters. So its likely Xstrata dont have "the" BFS and the 90days has NOT started.

Ian is harmless. In the same way we put a possitive spin on things, he is paid to put a negative spin on things. But he has always been very open with NKP shareholders and media interviews.

Its no secret he things Beng are entitled to more than 50% of one farm. And its clear they will remain a thorn in our side long after the Anglo deal.
