I read somewhere that you couldnt get a prospecting right for surface material?? They K made a blanket application on about 150 rights and only got accepted for a relatively small number, i think from past reporting.
None of this is helping SA.s reputation regarding tenure or investment...surely legislation could take it out of the courts and into government juristriction as they own the minerals now?? Do we have these matters before open courts here in Australia? I dont seem to come across this type of coverage, here.
