re: dmx wallmike Thanks wallmike - just wanted to see if you had such estimates as last night and today I was unable to find or come up with such details.
Unlike DMX this is what made TOX so attractive to me when another poster said to take a look about a year ago - there was more clarity with TOX than I can see with DMX at the minute and the decision to buy was very easy.
I am not going to pour cold water on DMX at the minute but on a quick compare TOX seems less risk as it is debt free, profitable and operating margins are clear. DMX on the other hand is losing $2 million a year, now has significant debt and 2007 profitability is unclear. Also to progress these projects I suspect DMX might have to raise further capital.
IF - and a big IF - DMX did make $4 million on the new acquisition next year - about $2 million total (after other losses) then at 49 cents I get them trading on a 2007 pe of 14 - the same as TOX at 11.5 cents on 2006 earnings and on 2007 forecasts TOX is currently trading on a pe of just 10.4.
Might be best if you wish to respond to do it on the DMX thread from now on.
